Our Community Development Services (CDS) program offers personalized support to help participants engage in integrated community settings. We deliver CDS across various community environments to foster the growth and development of essential skills and social supports needed for competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
This program is designed to build and enhance the competencies required for individuals to achieve independence and success. It allows those with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become familiar with and perform basic community-based tasks. We create an Individual Plan tailored to each participant’s strengths, needs, goals, and aspirations, guiding them to become actively and comfortably involved in their community.
